Corpogen offers oligos from International DNA Technologies – IDT. These oligos are lyophilized and are free of salts.

 

Each unprotected salt-free oligo is quantified by UV spectrophotometry  to give an exact measure of yield, measured as optical density (OD), which can vary depending on the oligo length. All oligos are analyzed by mass spec.
